A little about me…

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and young adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges and build strong, healthy futures. I am also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, where I support newly licensed therapists as they navigate their first few years in the field.

For 8 years, I ran my own group practice, which was an incredibly rewarding experience. During this time, my personal life grew in wonderful ways as well. I got married and became a mom to three amazing kids, ages 5, 3, and 1. After much reflection, I chose to step away from my practice to be more present with my family.

As a mom who understands how precious—and exhausting—family moments can be, I cherish the slower days spent at home with my husband, kids, and two dogs. Each day brings new joys and challenges, and I bring that same understanding into my work with clients, helping them build resilience, find balance, and create healthy, fulfilling lives.
